Social Media Engagement Specialist
Position: Social Media Engagement Specialist
Location: Remote
Company: Pompa Program
About Pompa Program:
Are you ready to join a highly motivated and rapidly growing team that is passionate about helping people with their health? Look no further than Pompa Program! Headquartered in Draper, UT and over 300 team members nationwide, we have an answer to many of the health issues that the world is facing today. We are a mission-driven company who is on a mission to empower people to take control of their health and get their lives back. Our team is incredibly aligned, and we firmly believe in the body's amazing God-given ability to heal itself. If you share our passion for improving people's health and believe in the incredible potential of the human body, then apply to be a part of something truly special.
About the role:
Working to help Dr. Pompa with a mission-driven health brand built around cellular detox and root-cause healing. We serve health-aware individuals struggling with chronic conditions that conventional medicine hasn't solved: fatigue, brain fog, autoimmune issues, hormone imbalances, and "mystery" symptoms that persist despite trying everything.
Our social media presence generates 40,000-70,000+ monthly comments and messages. Every comment represents someone looking for answers. Your job is to make sure they feel heard and get connected to the right next step.
As a Social Engagement Specialist, you're the first point of contact for people engaging with Dr. Pompa's content. You respond to comments, send initial DMs to interested prospects, filter spam, and route conversations to the right team members.
Your job is to start conversations, create a warm first impression, and hand off to our Social Lead Specialists (DM Setters) who take over from there.
Think of yourself as the friendly front desk of our social media presence. You greet people, answer simple questions, and make sure the right person follows up with them.
Key Responsibilities:
Comment + Direct Message Engagement
Non-Negotiables
Start of Shift: You log into StatusBrew and check the priority folders. There are 80 new comments from the last few hours across multiple posts and ads. You start with the highest-priority inbox.
First Hour: You work through the queue. "Info" comment on an ad? Reply + DM + tag + close. Spam link? Hide. Someone sharing their Hashimoto's journey? Route to DM Setter High. Question about an existing order? Route to Support. You're making 40-60 decisions per hour.
Mid-Shift: A comment comes in that's hard to categorize. It's negative but not spam, critical but maybe valid. You flag it for manager review and move on. You check Slack for any team updates or process changes.
End of Shift: You've processed 300 comments, sent 90 first-touch DMs, filtered 40 spam comments, and routed 55 high-intent leads to the DM Setter queue. The inbox is cleaner than when you started.
