Role Description
This is a remote, part-time role for a Social Media & Influencer Strategist at Angela&Co., a boutique talent agency representing Black female creators across beauty, lifestyle, fashion and culture. The Social Media & Influencer Strategist will play a key role in shaping the growth and positioning of our talent. This role focuses on developing personalised content strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring creators are strategically positioned for brand partnerships and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop personalised social media and growth strategies for agency talent
• Create structured content plans aligned with each creator’s niche, goals and audience
• Support talent positioning for brand partnerships and campaign opportunities
• Analyse social media performance, insights and trends to improve growth and engagement
• Advise creators on content direction, storytelling, and platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Identify market trends, brand opportunities and cultural shifts within the creator economy
• Support talent brand positioning, personal branding and long-term career development
• Work collaboratively with management to ensure talent visibility within the influencer marketing space
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve discoverability and commercial value
