We are now seeking a passionate and strategic Social Marketer to join our team and elevate our social media presence across multiple platforms. You'll manage all aspects of social media, focusing on three main areas: creating viral organic content, driving influencer collaborations, and developing strategies focused on creating viral brand-awareness content while also driving conversions through paid media. We welcome candidates with limited experience who are highly motivated to learn quickly, adapt, and align with TopFoxx's culture.
Job Description:
The Social Marketing Associate will be responsible for creating results-driven strategies through trend research and persistent execution. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Marketer with a deep commitment to results. This role involves extensive research, strategy development, and rapid execution across Organic Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), Influencer Marketing, and Paid Media (Instagram ads, TikTok ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google, and Amazon ads). The ideal candidate will be comfortable with rapid changes, adept at shifting directions with a positive attitude, and skilled in identifying relevant trends for same-day implementation. Additionally, they will be ROI/revenue-focused, an effective communicator, and capable of building strong relationships with influencers to drive organic sales and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
40% Influencer Marketing, 40% Organic Social Media, 15% Paid Media & 5% Ad hoc tasks
Core Duties:
- Create impactful, viral organic content to drive engagement and increase sales across social media platforms, utilizing mobile apps and tools such as CapCut, Canva, and similar software.
- Conduct comprehensive research on U.S. social media trends, cultural movements, leading brands, and competitor activities to inform and execute strategic plans.
- Ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual consistency across Organic Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and Paid Media, coordinating with Customer Service and Email/SMS Marketing on key updates.
- Manage customer engagement and influencer partnerships through DMs on Instagram and TikTok, as well as in ad comments.
- Support the Paid Media Strategist by identifying relevant social media trends and creating original storylines and copy for effective paid media placements.
- Track, document, and analyze key performance metrics, providing leadership with insightful reports and action plans for optimization.
- Organize and assess influencer and customer-generated content, directing it to appropriate marketing channels for promotional use.
- Generate leads by identifying and sourcing high-engagement micro-influencers, initiating strategic interactions to convert them to partners, and coordinating gifting and TikTok partnerships.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers through DMs, emails, and calls, including basic mass email marketing (can be learned on the job).
- Persuade and negotiate with influencers to promote product awareness and increase conversions using gifted product collaborations and strong communication skills.
- Work on briefs, content creation tips and other materials to support outreach, and influencer content creation
- Handle marketing-related website or SEO tasks as assigned, such as enhancing pages like “About Us” or “Our Story.”
- Take on ad hoc tasks as required by incoming priorities or urgent project needs
Requirements:
- Demonstrates a commitment to continuous self-education and independent learning, as the role involves significant research and staying informed on industry trends.
- Proactively suggest improvements and strategies to the team, including conducting competitor analysis and researching AI tools.
- Proficient in using native editing tools on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and CapCut, staying current with daily updates and utilizing accessible editing tools (professional editing skills are not required).
- Proven experience in social media marketing, specializing in strategy development and trend analysis, with a focus on US Culture.
- Expertise in crafting high-converting emails for influencer marketing campaigns.
- A track record of driving revenue and increasing brand awareness via social media platforms.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing and creating content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google, and Amazon.
- Extremely organized and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas for community and influencer engagement, fostering a dynamic online presence.
- Strong sales skills, promoting our company and inspiring enthusiasm for our brand.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to plan ahead and forecast needs.
- Willingness to work overtime during key seasons and events to meet deadlines and ensure task completion.
Experience in the fashion accessories market and content creation is a plus.
Career Growth:
This role is intended to grow into a Social Marketing Manager position based on demonstrated ability to drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and gain a thorough understanding of TopFoxx's social marketing strategy.
Hours & Salary:
- Salary: $700 - $1,200 USD per month
- PTO for holidays, vacation, sick days, and mental health days
- Remote work from anywhere in the world

Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- (Overtime during peak seasons and key events)
