We’re looking for a QuickBooks Online enthusiast who loves helping small businesses stay organized, confident, and informed about their finances. In this role, you’ll support a variety of small business clients with QuickBooks Online setup, cleanup, and ongoing bookkeeping—all while working remotely with a flexible schedule and an amazing team.

If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and take pride in delivering accurate, reliable financials, this role could be a great fit.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain client books in QuickBooks Online
  • Categorize transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Review financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support cleanups, monthly bookkeeping, and ongoing maintenance
  • Communicate clearly with clients about QuickBooks Online setup, usage, and bookkeeping questions
  • Follow established processes and documentation standards


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Solid bookkeeping fundamentals (income, expenses, reconciliations, financial reports)
  • Experience working with small business clients
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Reliable communication and strong time management skills


Nice to Have

  • QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Prior consulting or virtual support experience
  • Nonprofit bookkeeping or accounting experience
