Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects adhere to design plans, quality standards, and timelines. Responsibilities include managing on-site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, addressing project challenges, and reporting progress to project managers. The role demands strong organizational and leadership skills to maintain efficient workflows and successful project deliveries.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills for seamless team and stakeholder interaction.
Proven ability in leadership, team coordination, and meeting project deadlines.
Familiarity with architectural drawings, project management tools, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project).
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is highly desired.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in site supervision or project management is required.
