Job Title: ServiceNow solution Architect - HRSD & Now Assist module

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect at the Solution Architect level to lead the design, strategy, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on HRSD and Now Assist modules. You will work with a major manufacturing client headquartered in California to ensure optimal use of ServiceNow to transform HR processes and deliver superior employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with primary focus on HRSD and Now Assist.
Act as the technical advisor to client stakeholders, ensuring alignment of ServiceNow capabilities with business needs.
Design and document ServiceNow solutions that are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
Conduct workshops to gather requirements, define solution roadmaps, and align on design.
Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and integration teams.
Review, guide, and ensure quality assurance of configuration, customization, and integrations.
Develop integration approaches with other enterprise systems as needed.
Maintain ServiceNow best practices and ensure compliance with platform governance.
Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams to leverage Now Assist AI capabilities effectively.
Support change management and user adoption by delivering knowledge transfer sessions.
Provide technical troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Required Skills and Experience:
10–15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5–7 years in ServiceNow.
Proven experience as ServiceNow Architect or Solution Architect, ideally in HRSD implementations.
Deep knowledge of HRSD module, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, etc.
Familiarity with Now Assist (GenAI / Virtual Agent) capabilities and integration.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, etc.).
Ability to define architecture diagrams, data models, process flows.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to conduct workshops and lead design sessions.
ITIL foundation or higher certification is a plus.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) preferred.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Architect certification is a strong plus.
