Client Overview:

Join an innovative digital optimization team focused on expanding online visibility through advanced search and AI-driven content strategies. Job Description:

You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO and Generative Engine Optimization strategies that improve organic performance across digital assets. This role requires strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to clearly communicate insights. You will translate complex performance data into practical optimisation steps while working closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and results.


Schedule:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Sydney, AU Time)
  • 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day
  • Client time zone: Australian Eastern Daylight Time (Sydney)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings
  • Apply Generative Engine Optimization techniques to increase visibility and engagement
  • Monitor search performance and optimise campaigns using data-driven insights
  • Perform keyword research and content optimisation
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and site performance reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align SEO initiatives with broader business goals
  • Clearly communicate performance updates, recommendations, and insights
  • Track KPIs and ensure consistent progress across campaigns


Requirements:

  • Several years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results
  • Experience creating and optimizing search-focused content
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Experience with keyword research platforms (Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest)
  • Familiarity with on-page optimization tools (Yoast, Screaming Frog)
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with technical SEO tools (Google Search Console, GTmetrix)
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper AI)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
