Job Description: Remote (EST/CST)
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in agency recruitment and headhunting within the pharmaceutical and biotech (cGMP) industry.
- This role focuses on sourcing and placing high-level contract and permanent talent across complex technical and capital project environments.
- You’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for senior and executive-level positions, partnering closely with clients to deliver exceptional talent solutions.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for contract, consulting, and direct-hire roles within pharma/biotech
- Headhunt and engage passive candidates for senior and executive-level technical positions
- Manage multiple high-priority requisitions across capital projects and manufacturing environments
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Senior Automation Engineers, Principal Validation Engineers, Senior Project Managers (Pharma), Capital Project Managers, Capital Project Design Engineers (Greenfield Projects)
- 5+ years of agency recruitment experience, with a focus on headhunting contractors/consultants (not just direct hire).
- Proven experience recruiting within pharma/biotech cGMP environments.
- Minimum 2+ years recruiting senior and executive-level technical roles.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
