Senior US IT Recruiter – Remote (Bangalore/Hyderabad Preferred)
Location: Remote (India-based – Bangalore preferred or Hyderabad)

S3BGlobal is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with strong client and account management skills, a deep understanding of U.S. IT recruitment, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You will be instrumental in building and managing relationships with U.S.-based clients, sourcing top-tier IT talent, and contributing to the strategic growth of our recruitment engine.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S. clients, from requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals (Dice, Monster), internal databases, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical, cultural, and logistical fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with U.S. clients, ensuring timely updates and smooth communication.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates across various technologies.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on hiring strategies, market trends, and client delivery plans.
- Track and meet/exceed performance metrics such as submissions, interviews, closures, and client feedback.
- 3–8 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage client expectations, escalations, and delivery targets.
- Deep understanding of U.S. hiring models, including W2, 1099, and C2C, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working U.S. time zones and independently handling priorities.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., Ceipal, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional.
- Experience with MSP/VMS environments
- A strong network of U.S.-based tech professionals
- Prior experience in building and mentoring junior recruitment teams
