We are a recruitment partner working with a fast-growing, innovative client that requires a highly skilled Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in technical recruitment to contribute to sourcing and hiring top talent for key technical positions across global teams. The role is based in the Philippines, offering 100% remote flexibility while working on global recruitment efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-demand technical roles across multiple global locations for our client.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and deliver tailored candidate solutions.
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Conduct screening interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with the client’s values and needs.
Present top candidates to the hiring teams and manage the offer process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience, providing clear communication and timely feedback.
Collaborate with HR and other internal stakeholders to improve the recruitment process and strategies.

Deep understanding of global talent markets and the ability to attract top-tier talent.
A strong grasp of technical skill sets and the ability to assess candidates’ qualifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
Strong time-management and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
