Responsibilities
- Learn the brand’s story, catalog, and mission
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and direction.
- Create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Screen applications, administer tests, and score candidates to identify top talent.
- Recruit talent for the marketing, product, operations, and HR departments
- Conduct phone and video interviews with high-potential applicants.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a great experience.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for roles.
- Support additional HR functions, including employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or another related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to US-based roles
- Previous experience hiring for an e-commerce brand is highly preferred
- Strong command of LinkedIn sourcing techniques and tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and hiring pipelines simultaneously
- The ability to work within a team and independently
- Excellent analytical skills for reviewing resumes and identifying the most qualified candidates
- Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficient written communication skills for preparing recruitment reports and documentation
- Deep understanding of modern hiring strategies and best practices
