As a Senior Talent Acquisition & Strategy Lead, you will go beyond traditional recruitment—you will play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, talent market expansion, and aligning recruitment efforts with business growth. This role requires a data-driven, business-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive talent acquisition while collaborating with leadership on scalable workforce planning.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top tech talent for both active roles and long-term hiring needs.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for global and regional hiring needs, ensuring speed, efficiency, and quality of hires.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent through market intelligence, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on hiring feasibility, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in Indonesia and regional markets.


Talent Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Align recruitment strategies with business goals, ensuring talent acquisition supports company growth and expansion.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to provide market insights and help attract international clients by showcasing Indonesia’s talent landscape.
  • Identify and enter new hiring markets, developing strategies for regional and global talent acquisition.
  • Work closely with leadership to define scalable workforce planning for future hiring needs.


Process Optimization & Data-Driven Recruiting

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, leveraging data, automation, and market insights to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement best practices in tech hiring, including diversity hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed reports and trackers, analyzing hiring trends, candidate conversion rates, and market shifts.
  • Optimize recruitment automation tools and workflows to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Adaptability

  • Work in a lean, high-performance team, taking on various responsibilities beyond recruitment as needed.
  • Support client hiring projects, ensuring seamless talent delivery for international clients.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects related to employer branding, internal talent development, and recruitment marketing.


Requirements


  • University degree from outside Indonesia or professional experience working with global companies.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory—must be comfortable engaging with international clients and candidates.
  • Strategic and data-driven mindset—ability to align hiring with business objectives and make informed decisions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment—must be resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Proven experience recruiting for tech positions (Engineering, Product, Data, etc.), with a strong network of Indonesian and regional tech talent.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills—must be persuasive and capable of engaging top-tier candidates.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment—ability to track hiring success, analyze metrics, and optimize processes.
  • Hands-on and flexible—willing to take on multiple responsibilities beyond recruitment in a lean team environment.
  • Comfortable working across international time zones, as this role involves engaging with global clients and candidates.
