Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer required by a growing company to join as the technical lead for their existing Golang development team.

Remote working with travel to the company's office near Reading one day per month.

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for

• Mentoring and coaching junior and less experienced Software Engineers in the team
• Defining coding standards
• Code reviews
• Playing a key role in design and architecture decisions
• Working with stakeholders in various teams to ensure business goals are met

Key experience

• Proven commercial experience with Go
• RESTful APIs
• Development of scalable systems
• CI/CD pipelines
• Docker, Kubernetes etc
