Senior Project Manager (Go-to-Market)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and managing detailed project plans, driving consensus among senior leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear visibility to stakeholders. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable engaging with VPs and Senior Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

· Identify, assess, and proactively remediate project risks and roadblocks.

· Track action items and ensure accountability across teams.

· Organize and lead project meetings, distribute agendas, and send meeting minutes.

· Prepare and deliver end-of-week summary updates for senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.

· Drive consensus and alignment with senior-level directors and cross-functional stakeholders.

· Present project updates and insights confidently in meetings with VPs and Sr. Directors.

· Utilize tools such as SFDC, Excel, Jira, G-Suite, and Zoom to manage and report on project progress.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.

· Strong project management skills, including timeline development, milestone tracking, and risk management.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and build consensus with senior leaders.

· Comfortable presenting to executive-level audiences.

· Proficiency with SFDC, Excel, Jira, G-Suite, and Zoom.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.

Preferred:

· PMP or other formal project management certification.

· Experience working in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
