ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Manager/ Owner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our CyberGRC platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life and deliver features that solve important problems for our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the execution and delivery of product features in line with roadmap priorities and quality standards.
Work closely with engineering teams to translate ideas into functional, scalable software.
Define, document, groom, and refine requirements with cross-functional teams.
Monitor progress during sprints; resolve blockers, ambiguities, and prioritization issues.
Collaborate on the product roadmap to align it to strategic goals.
Represent customer needs and feedback in product decisions.
Collaborate with UX/design, engineering, and marketing teams to shape go-to-market plans.
Ensure internal stakeholders are informed and prepared for upcoming product changes.
Use analytics and user feedback to measure impact and guide improvements.
Contribute to ongoing process improvement for better team efficiency and product quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
Proven experience in B2B/SaaS product development and working with engineering teams.
Strong focus on product execution, delivery ownership, and driving cross-team alignment.
Platform thinking mindset — ability to design and scale products as extensible platforms that support multiple use cases, customers, or internal teams.
Clear verbal and written communication skills to define goals and convey product context.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives with structured problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with global teams.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work with incomplete information.
