About The Opportunity

Are you an experienced change leader driven to help organizations transform their people, processes, and culture? We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Practitioner to shape strategic change initiatives across diverse industries, with a strong focus on healthcare and IT modernization or transformation programs.

In this role, you will partner with leaders to design and execute change strategies that strengthen adoption, enhance workforce readiness, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-level projects that integrate policy, technology, and people-centered change.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of organizational change strategies for enterprise and multi-departmental transformation programs
  • Collaborate with executives, project teams, and stakeholders to embed change management practices within program planning and execution
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations to inform effective change interventions
  • Create and implement communication, training, and engagement plans tailored to complex healthcare and IT environments
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and change capability programs for leaders and teams
  • Measure and monitor adoption progress, proactively addressing risks and resistance to ensure sustainable results
  • Advise senior leadership on best practices for leading through transformation, building a culture of adaptability and resilience
  • Capture insights and lessons learned to continuously evolve the organization’s change management approach

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Formal training in Organizational Change Management Preferred
  • Prosci Change Management certification (required)
  • 7–10 years of experience successfully leading large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • Proven success managing change in both private and public/government sectors, ideally within healthcare or IT transformation domains
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, frameworks, and metrics for success
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to engage teams at all levels
  • Experience supporting digital transformations, EHR/ERP implementations, or technology modernization efforts
