Senior Marketing Specialist


Role Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will lead Infigroup’s Marketing team, overseeing the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across our portfolio of ventures. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership — driving both the creative and performance sides of marketing to accelerate venture growth from launch through scale.

You will serve as the group’s marketing architect — developing frameworks, playbooks, and systems that enable each venture to execute world-class digital marketing while maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires a strong mix of brand storytelling, digital performance expertise, and commercial acumen to guide multiple ventures with different markets, audiences, and growth stages.

Ultimately, you’ll shape how Infigroup’s ventures are positioned, discovered, and experienced across digital and offline touchpoints — while building a marketing function that scales intelligently as we grow.


Key Responsibilities:

A. Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall marketing vision for Infigroup and its ventures, ensuring alignment with each brand’s growth objectives.
  • Act as the senior marketing advisor to venture founders and leadership teams, guiding launch and growth strategies.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing shared services marketing team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Develop marketing frameworks, playbooks, and measurement systems to improve performance across ventures.

B. Performance & Digital Marketing

  • Oversee performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and paid media strategies across multiple ventures.
  • Lead the design and implementation of cross-channel campaigns (social, search, email, content, partnerships, etc).
  • Optimize marketing funnels to drive acquisition, retention, and conversion goals across varying business models.
  • Ensure marketing ROI through data-driven decision-making and continuous performance tracking.

C. Brand, PR & Communication

  • Shape the brand positioning and communication narratives for both Infigroup and its ventures.
  • Oversee the development of compelling creative assets and campaign concepts that resonate regionally.
  • Manage PR initiatives, partnerships, and media relations to strengthen Infigroup’s reputation and that of its portfolio companies.

D. Collaboration & Cross-Venture Enablement

  • Partner with venture teams, tech leads, and founders to ensure marketing supports product launches and growth milestones.
  • Work closely with operations teams to integrate marketing automation, AI-driven insights, and data analytics.
  • Build alignment between marketing, product, and sales to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.


Key Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of modern digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, analytics, CRM, and social media.
  • Strong grasp of brand strategy, storytelling, and communications.
  • Proven ability to build and scale marketing systems across multiple brands or markets.

  • Proven track record in leading marketing for startups, venture portfolios, or high-growth businesses.
  • Experience working across Southeast Asian markets preferred.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and marketing technology platforms.
