Senior Human Resources Assistant


Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Sales Leader to drive business growth through the effective management of a remote sales team comprising cold callers and business developers. This role focuses on capturing new opportunities, leading strategic sales engagements, closing high-value deals, and having a direct impact on revenue generation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, committed leader, and seasoned deal-closer, capable of steering a distributed team toward consistent performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of cold callers and business development executives to meet sales targets.
  • Coach and motivate team members with regular performance reviews, KPIs, and incentive strategies.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, resilience, and high accountability in a remote work setting.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Define and implement effective sales strategies for lead generation, pipeline conversion, and deal closure
  • Personally handle high-ticket, VIP client engagements and complex deal negotiations from prospecting to contract signing
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales goals with company growth objectives.

Revenue Growth & Opportunity Capture

  • Identify emerging business opportunities, market trends, and high-impact leads through proactive research and outreach.
  • Develop innovative approaches to market penetration and value proposition delivery.
  • Constantly track and optimize performance metrics to maximize ROI across team activities.

Client Relations & Negotiation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, nurturing client trust and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Lead contract discussions and pricing negotiations with a win-win mindset.
  • Represent the company professionally in high-level meetings, networking events, and strategic forums.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Liaise cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support integrated growth campaigns.
  • Report regularly on team performance, market intelligence, and opportunity pipelines to executive leadership.

Job Requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent in English language written and spoken.
  • 5+ years of proven success in business development and sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or team management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to close VIP deals and manage key account relationships.
  • Strong understanding of outbound lead generation, cold calling, and CRM-based pipeline management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Highly disciplined and self-driven in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
