About The Company

Our client is an early-stage startup led by a small, agile team building next-generation digital tools with AI deeply integrated into the development workflow. We’re looking to add 1-2 top-tier senior developers who can thrive in a fast-paced, less-structured environment, take initiative, and bring serious technical firepower to the table.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Own core development tasks across the stack, from infrastructure to frontend
  • Collaborate directly with founders on product features, architecture, and priorities
  • Build and iterate rapidly, using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Cloud Code, OpenAI Codex) to accelerate delivery
  • Proactively identify and solve technical and product challenges
  • Write high-quality, well-documented code and perform code reviews
  • Contribute to and shape the development process as the company scales

Tech & Tools Needed

We are flexible on exact stack experience but expect fluency with most of the following:

  • Frontend: React / TypeScript
  • Backend: Node.js, Express, Python
  • Dev Tools: GitHub, Vercel, Docker, AWS/GCP
  • AI Tools: Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, or similar (strong familiarity is expected)

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of full-stack software development; startup or solo-build experience a plus
  • AI Proficiency: Daily comfort using AI-enhanced coding environments (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf)
  • Communication: Fluent spoken and written English; critical for working with AI tools and team collaboration
  • Mindset: Proactive, entrepreneurial, self-managing, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Work Ethic: Willingness to go beyond 40hrs/week when needed (not required, but welcomed)
  • Time Zone: Overlap with U.S. business hours is helpful but not mandatory
