Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for Senior Software Developer Permanent role Location Thane/Mumbai/Remote

This role focuses on hands-on development and team collaboration, distinct from a Solution Architect profile.

Candidates with the required experience (5–8 years), strong technical expertise in Python, Django, React, PostgreSQL, and exposure to AWS and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with Flutter and AI/ML integration would be a plus.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Software Developer to join our team You will work closely with team leads and architects to develop scalable and efficient applications across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of modern development tools and frameworks, and enjoys building robust, secure, and user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development :

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Python (Django), JavaScript (React), and other technologies.

- Build and maintain scalable APIs, frontend interfaces, and database schemas.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.

2. Technical Ownership :

- Contribute to system design and technical decision-making in collaboration with tech leads.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications, optimize performance, and ensure application security.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and suggest improvements to code and architecture.

3. Team Collaboration & Code Quality :

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and help improve team development standards.

- Work in Agile sprints and follow modern software development practices using tools like Git and Jira.

Required Skills :

Languages & Frameworks :

- Python (Django/Flask), JavaScript (React.js), HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

- Experience with Flutter or AngularJS is a plus

Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase

Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS (S3, EC2, RDS), Docker, CI/CD pipelines

Version Control : Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)

Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving ability, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to AI/ML integration is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experience working on SaaS or enterprise-grade applications.

- Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycle using Flutter.

Education & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters a plus)

- Certifications in relevant technologies are advantageous.
