Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000

Position Overview

SAAS company is seeking a highly analytical and business-minded finance professional to join their growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role will have full P&L responsibility and serve as a key business partner across the organization. The position reports directly to the Finance Manager and will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Finance, providing strong visibility and exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage full P&L analysis for assigned business areas
Lead bottoms-up budgeting and forecasting processes
Perform detailed actual vs. budget variance analysis and provide actionable insights
Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to support strategic decision-making
Support product-level P&L analysis (experience in product P&L strongly preferred)
Utilize Adaptive Insights (or similar FP&A systems) to drive reporting and forecasting efficiency
Contribute to financial planning, performance tracking, and operational modeling
Support revenue analysis
Present financial results and insights to senior finance leadership

Qualifications

3+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience
Strong experience managing full P&L responsibilities
Proven experience with bottoms-up budgeting and forecasting
Experience with Adaptive Insights strongly preferred
Product P&L experience is a plus
Strong business partnering mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to operate independently in a fully remote environment
Highly analytical with strong Excel and financial modeling skills
