Senior Designer (Remote)

📍 Contract / Full time 40 hours per week / Remote

🎨 Branding & Web Design Focus

🌍 Working with a UK based design agency that does things differently.

We’re PRISMAL- a small, lean, fast-moving design agency working with Web3 brands and tech startups. We build bold brands and websites for clients around the world but mostly in the US.

We’re after a strong senior designer, someone with taste, fun energy, and looking for a new challenge.

What you'll actually be doing:

Branding, website design, pitch deck design, social assets, cool concepting for animation etc Clean, modern high-impact design work
Collaborating directly with the founder and supporting team
Jumping on a mix of cool, fast-paced projects across different brands

What we're looking for:

Deep expertise in Figma: Component use, text and colour styles, auto layout etc- clean working, organised.
Great attention to detail
Someone who factors in UX, everything we design needs to put the user first and be conscious of that and conversion, not just making pretty designs.
Super creative - I'd rather we be overly creative and outside the box, we can always dial it back.
Experience in a fast paced, varied role- we're a tiny lean team, you will have to wear all the hats, so if you don't love that sort of environment, please don't apply. You could be doing some branding then dive on a web design project for a few hi-fi pages, then do some pitch deck work. It's a real mix. You'll be empowered to work autonomously.
Awesome time management skills, someone who takes accountability and is proactive, not passive
Someone who wants to grow in a role that has a real future. We're a immersive design agency working on some amazing projects and have a bright future ahead, this isn't a dead end job. Hence the variety and need for someone dynamic and proactive.
Strong English language skills
Based in the Northwest of England

Extra points:

Product design experience.
An interest in crypto and blockchain projects
Webflow experience (all our sites are built in Webflow)
Clickup software experience
