Senior Content Writer

Are you passionate about business, startups, and finance and know how to turn complex ideas into scroll-stopping social media content?


We're looking for a creative, research-driven Content Writer to join our team and work closely with a digital creator in the business/finance space. You’ll be scripting content that educates, entertains, and goes viral.


What You’ll Do
  • Write short-form scripts for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn Carousels & YouTube Shorts (60–90 sec).
  • Write long-form scripts for YouTube (8–20 min) on business case studies, finance trends, and startup breakdowns.
  • Craft hooks, captions, and platform-optimized descriptions that drive engagement.
  • Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short-form content across platforms.
  • Stay up to date with finance/startup news and suggest content ideas in real time.
  • Work directly with the creator on concept development, tone, and revisions.
What We’re Looking For

✅ 2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in the business, finance, or economics domain

✅ Strong portfolio of both long and short-form content (especially Reels, Carousels, YouTube scripts)

✅ Prior experience working with creators/influencers or digital-first brands

✅ Ability to write in Hinglish or Hindi, with a strong storytelling and viral-first mindset

✅ Deep understanding of how content performs on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

✅ Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a digital-first audience


Nice to Have
  • Degree in commerce, economics, finance, or marketing
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, and Google Docs
  • Bonus: basic knowledge of editing workflows or structuring videos
