Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney

The Opportunity

The firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to manage a large arbitration docket involving blue-chip clients nationwide. This role offers significant autonomy, client exposure, and leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a substantial arbitration docket from inception through resolution
• Handle arbitration strategy, briefing, discovery, and hearings
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and client counseling
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys as needed

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial litigation and/or arbitration experience
• Demonstrated experience handling arbitrations independently
• Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and client-management skills
• Experience representing sophisticated corporate clients
• Admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing

Compensation & Benefits

• The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $300,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
