Overview of the Role
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated brand marketing initiatives that elevate awareness, relevance, and engagement. This role focuses on driving culturally resonant campaigns, managing complex cross-functional projects, and guiding marketing strategy from concept through measurement. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at building alignment across multiple partner teams.

Hours per week: 40
Location requirements: Remote - must be able to work PST hours
 

Top Three Required Qualifications

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or brand management for consumer AI products or technologies, with a record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives; a mix of experience working for large tech companies and agencies is required
  2. Strong project management skills with the ability to operate in fast-changing or ambiguous environments and influence without direct authority.
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, with demonstrated experience using insights and data to guide decisions.

Other Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Experience working on both established and emerging brands.
  • Experience executing integrated campaigns, partnership activations, and experimental marketing tactics.
  • Ability to make high-quality decisions with incomplete information.
  • Experience working across strategy, creative, insights, media, comms, partnerships, and product teams.
  • Experience with consumer AI products or technologies.
  • Mix of in-house and agency experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing leadership to develop strategies and tactics that generate cultural impact.
  • Build business cases that connect cultural resonance to measurable outcomes such as growth, engagement, or brand equity.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across campaigns, partnerships, and content initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end marketing development process, from ideation through reporting and measurement.
  • Identify system, process, or workflow gaps and implement solutions that improve efficiency.
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and maintain accountability across projects.
  • Connect teams and ensure cross-functional alignment with clarity, context, and timely information.
  • Identify risks or roadblocks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate closely with communications and social teams on shared tactics supporting brand goals.
