About the Role
We are looking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Officer - Arabic Speaker to support our operational processes within the Forex industry, focusing on the MENA region. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate client data handling, and timely coordination between internal departments. The ideal candidate has experience in Forex or financial services and understands the compliance and documentation standards required in this sector.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily back-office tasks related to client account management
- Review and verify client documentation (KYC, onboarding forms, proof of identity/address)
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitor and reconcile clients’ accounts and transactions across platforms
- Assist with reporting requirements and maintaining regulatory records
- Communicate with the Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Track operational performance and maintain internal databases
- Handle communication with PSPs, liquidity providers, and external partners when required
- Support onboarding for IBs, Affiliates, and Partners in the MENA region
- Ensure all operational procedures follow regulatory and company guidelines
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Forex/CFD industry or financial services
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and operational tools
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
