- 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Data Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Spark, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proven experience with end-to-end ML pipelines, data pipelines, or model deployment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Able to work remotely on EST hours
- Self-motivated, reliable, and open to long-term collaboration
- Experience working in startups or small teams
- Exposure to LLMs, RAG pipelines, or MLOps tools
- Background in building production-grade AI products
- Fully remote
