Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, with a strong background in transformer architectures. This role will contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions that enhance our product offerings and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for various applications, focusing on NLP tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models for performance and scalability.
- Research and apply the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly in transformer architectures.
- Develop APIs to facilitate model integration into production systems.
- Document processes, designs, and best practices for machine learning deployment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in machine learning and natural language processing.
- Solid understanding of Transformer architectures, tokenization, attention mechanisms, and common NLP techniques (e.g., summarization, retrieval-augmented generation, classification).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or equivalent for managing model lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
- Familiarity with APIs and containerization using Docker is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
