As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll manage your own client base while receiving full administrative support and access to Venture’s exclusive panel of lenders. This self-employed role offers the freedom to work remotely, set your own hours, and earn uncapped commission. You bring the deals — we handle the admin.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source, manage, and grow your own pipeline of Asset Finance deals
Maintain and build strong client relationships across a range of industries
Structure finance solutions tailored to each client's needs
Work with our in-house admin team to ensure seamless processing of applications
Stay up-to-date with lender products, underwriting criteria, and market trends
Maintain full compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Represent the Venture brand with professionalism and integrity

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in Asset Finance or Commercial Finance
A solid track record of generating and closing new business
Strong industry network and the ability to generate your own leads
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
Comfortable operating in a remote/self-employed model
