- Act as the lead point of contact for clients, ensuring strong long-term relationships and clear communication throughout project lifecycles
- Manage end-to-end content projects, including websites, blogs, videos, SEO content, and social media, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Translate client briefs into actionable content strategies aligned with brand voice, customer journeys, and campaign goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, strategists, and developers, to ensure content is aligned with project goals
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and budget requirements
- Review, edit, and QA all deliverables before they reach the client to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand and compliance standards
- Track and analyze key content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, traffic, SEO rankings) to provide insights and data-driven recommendations
- Identify opportunities for upselling content solutions or optimizing existing campaigns for better results
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital platforms, and best practices to advise clients on emerging content strategies and formats
- Previous experience in account management, digital marketing, or content strategy, preferably within an agency or fast-paced content-driven environment
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel content campaigns, including written, visual, and digital formats
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and clients at all levels
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing competing priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
- A strategic mindset with the ability to understand business goals and align content to drive measurable outcomes
- Experience reviewing and editing content for grammar, tone, brand alignment, and clarity
