Salesforce Project Engineer

 Remote | 12+ Years Experience | 2 PM – 11 PM IST

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds)
• Define project goals, timelines, deliverables, and budgets in alignment with business needs
• Coordinate internal teams and Salesforce partners to ensure timely execution
• Manage risk, dependencies, and scope changes effectively
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and deliver consistent progress reports
• Oversee testing, deployment, training, and user adoption
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 12+ years of total experience with 6+ years in Salesforce project delivery
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce platforms and modules
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
