We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Salesforce Business Analyst to join our remote team.


About the Role

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will serve as the critical link between stakeholders and the technical team, helping to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in facilitation, process modeling, and Agile product delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders and product owners to capture and document business needs.
  • Define and maintain use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product delivery teams.
  • Create as-is and to-be business process models using tools such as Lucidchart, Camunda, or Bizagi.
  • Perform gap analysis to support project planning and solution design.
  • Collaborate using tools such as ClickUp and Slack to manage Agile delivery workflows.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and priorities.


Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce CRM projects.
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with business process modeling using tools like Lucidchart, Camunda, or Bizagi.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience in Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Waterfall is a plus.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.


Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
