Salesforce & GTM Systems Administrator – Remote (EST Hours)

We are seeking a Salesforce & GTM Systems Administrator to manage and scale the go-to-market technology stack for a leading SaaS CRM platform serving financial advisors nationwide.

The role serves as the primary Salesforce administrator, overseeing configuration, integrations, automation, and data governance while partnering with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to optimize GTM systems.

This is a full-time permanent position offering competitive compensation and benefits. The salary is $100K-$120K (based on experience). All candidates considered MUST be located in EST.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Salesforce (users, security, configurations, data, workflows, CPQ)

  • Manage and optimize GTM tools, including Clay, Default, DemandTools, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, and Salesloft

  • Oversee system integrations, implementations, and enhancements

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deploy system improvements

  • Maintain data governance and CRM hygiene across the GTM tech stack

  • Provide user support, training, and enablement

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience

  • 2+ years supporting GTM systems or RevOps in a SaaS environment

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation, flows, page layouts, and security

  • Experience managing multiple sales and revenue technology tools

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
