We are hiring a fractional Salesforce Administrator to provide reliable daytime coverage and ongoing system support across client engagements.
This role is ideal for an experienced independent Salesforce professional seeking consistent project-based partnership.
The Salesforce Administrator supports day-to-day system operations, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization across multiple client accounts.
You will work closely with RevOps Directors, Managers, and Architects to ensure Salesforce environments remain clean, functional, and scalable.
This role focuses on steady execution, responsiveness, and technical reliability.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Configure fields, page layouts, validation rules, and flows
- Maintain clean pipelines and structured data models
- Support reporting and dashboard creation
- Enforce system governance and data hygiene standards
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows
- Troubleshoot automation failures and routing logic
- Support integrations with HubSpot and other GTM systems
- Execute system updates based on defined architecture
- Provide daytime coverage for issue resolution
- Diagnose system errors and recommend fixes
- Partner with internal team members to solve operational challenges
- Support QA prior to go-live changes
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- 3–5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flows
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales teams
- Experience managing data hygiene and governance
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Clear communicator comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot
- Experience in consulting or multi-client environments
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier or Make
