Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily tasks also include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with the marketing team to align on strategies and promotional activities.

- Sales experience, strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Familiarity with spice, food, or FMCG industries is a plus
- Basic proficiency in using sales-related software and tools
