Role Description


This is a full-time remote Sales Specialist role. The Sales Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience rooted in transparency and integrity. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, addressing client inquiries, managing leads, and driving revenue growth through thoughtful, strategic engagement.

Qualifications


  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver exceptional support
  • Proven Sales experience, with the ability to identify opportunities and meet sales targets
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management to mentor and lead team members
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with homeownership and real estate industries is a plus
