Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, handling sales inquiries, and delivering solutions tailored to customer needs. Additionally, the role involves conducting product training for clients and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals through effective sales management practices. The position requires regular communication with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in training others, particularly in product use or sales techniques
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is advantageous, but equivalent experience is also valued
