Role Description
- This is a full-time, remote role based in Harare, Zimbabwe, for a Sales Representative.
- The Sales Representative will identify and engage potential clients, present and promote products or services, build and maintain relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Additional responsibilities include managing accounts, achieving sales quotas, creating sales reports, and collaborating with team members to implement sales strategies.
- Sales, negotiation, and account management skills
- Customer relationship management (CRM) and client engagement expertise
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop sales strategies
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the software development or digital solutions industry is an asset
- Previous sales or marketing experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of or exposure to the real estate market industry is an added advantage
