Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. Daily tasks include identifying new opportunities, managing sales teams, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve attending industry conferences and staying up-to-date with market trends to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the aesthetic procedure field dealing with Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologist, Cosmetic Surgeons.
- Strong understanding of medical aesthetics and surgical procedures
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales team.
- Capacity to work independently and manage a remote team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team is a must in the field.
