Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data, and identifying market trends. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and preparing sales reports.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the industry or within a similar role is a plus
