This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Logistics Specialist. The role involves daily responsibilities such as coordinating and managing logistics operations, supporting sales activities, and ensuring efficient freight forwarding processes. The specialist will also communicate with customers, address inquiries, and maintain relationships, all while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Experience in Sales and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Logistics Management and Freight Forwarding processes
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred
