We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative or Sales Manager to join our vibrant team. As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with qualified leads. No cold calling.
- Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
- Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Entry level and experienced agents can apply.
- Must have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one. We can show you how to get you license if you do you not have one.
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Must live in U.S.
Pay and Benefits:
- This is a 100% commission based role.
- No cap on your income.
- 1099 independent contractor.
- Monthly bonuses.
- Residuals paid on policy anniversary.
