Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive specializing in brass products in the USA market. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, managing customer accounts, and developing new business opportunities. Daily tasks include communicating with potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying market trends and ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Proven abilities in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue and expand market presence
  • Experience in Customer Service and Account Management to build long-lasting client relationships
  • A basic understanding of the brass industry or prior experience in related fields is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and meet deadlines
  • Expertise in CRM software tools is a plus
