🚀 Sales Developer – E-Learning Services (Remote in Brazil)

Join our fast growing startup in the e-learning sector. We are transforming secondary and pre-university education on a global scale, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Developer to drive our growth in Brazil.

You will be part of a dynamic international team and will contribute directly to our presence in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, where private and semi private education is thriving. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about innovation and education.



📍 Position and Location

Remote position based in Brazil. Ideally, you are located in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro or have strong cultural or commercial connections to these areas.

  • English (Professional)
  • Other languages are considered a plus



💻 Your Role in Our Team


  • Execute the full sales cycle independently and effectively, including market research, prospecting, lead generation, initial contact, service presentation, negotiation, deal closure, post-sale support, and contract renewals.
  • Personally secure a minimum quantity of subscriptions during the Cliff Period in order to advance to the Consolidation Period.
  • Provide support to other representatives during deal closure in regions where you have cultural, linguistic, or commercial advantages.
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies aimed at expanding the user base, optimising conversion rates, and improving the client experience
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, users, and contracts using our CRM or designated platform.
  • Offer structured feedback on market trends, competitor activity, user needs, and improvements for our product or commercial strategy.

We are looking for a Participant with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to build trust and deliver results. You are eager to grow professionally and ready to make a lasting impact.

Ideally, you have a strong interest in business, marketing, communications, political science or a related field, and a genuine passion for sales, digital innovation, and education. Team spirit, curiosity, and adaptability in a multicultural setting are essential.



💡 Requirements (what you should have)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales process independently.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as CRM systems, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
  • Native level Portuguese and professional English.
  • Valid citizenship or work permit in Brazil.
  • Own computer, microphone, webcam, and reliable internet connection.
  • Driving licence (Category B).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B or B2C (ideal, not a must).



🎁 What We Offer


Initial Phase – Cliff Period

  • Participation Agreement based on performance, lasting between one and twelve months.
  • Recurrent monthly commissions throughout the entire duration of the agreement.
  • Mentoring, training, and professional development.

  • Annual performance-based bonus.


Upon successful completion of the Cliff Period, you will automatically enter the Consolidation Period, which will grant you participation in the Virtual Shared Participation Pool VSPP. This is a programme in which a fixed percentage of the company's revenue is shared among all eligible Participants based on their contribution.


Growth Phase – Consolidation Period

  • Full-time formal contract, with fewer working hours than traditional Brazilian jobs.
  • Competitive base salary and monthly commissions (based on performance).
  • +30 days of paid holiday per year.
  • Continued participation in the VSPP.
  • Company laptop and telephone line (IOs).
  • Health insurance, social contributions, and retirement plan
  • Annual bonus based on overall performance.



⚠️ Additional Information

  • During the Cliff Period, compensation is entirely commission-based. Upon achieving goals, a full employment contract with salary and benefits will be offered.
