Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant - Sports. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships with football professionals, and promoting Talent 11's platform. Responsibilities also include providing expert consultation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a key resource for customers during onboarding. The role will require consistent communication with clients to address their needs and showcase the value of the platform. This is a fully remote role, on a sales - based commission structure.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiences.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client engagement and collaboration.
- Background or passion for the football or sports industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
