Role Overview

We are hiring 3 remote sales consultants in Dubai to promote Hermes models to crypto and FX trading communities. You’ll tap into your trading expertise and regional network to position Hermes as an indispensable edge-generating signal engine for discretionary and technical traders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Active crypto or FX trader with 3–8 years of experience

- Experience trading on platforms like Binance, MetaTrader, or Bybit

- Familiar with technical setups, news-based volatility, and short-term strategies

- Strong social or professional network across the Dubai crypto and FX scenes (including Telegram groups, prop firms, or OTC desks)

- Fluent in financial lingo and confident discussing trading logic and signal design

- Independent, client-focused, and results-driven

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with crypto and FX traders interested in actionable trading signals

- Share trial promo codes (30C / 50C / 100C) and convert users into subscribers

- Pre-register high-touch leads in the CRM for commission eligibility

- Host or join trading forums, webinars, and chat groups to introduce Hermes use-cases

- Act as a trusted consultant in matching Hermes alerts to real-world execution styles

- Maintain compliance with internal code usage and lead tracking policies

Compensation & Incentives

Uncapped commission-only compensation:

- Year 1 Commission

High-Touch: 20%
Low-Touch: 10%

- Recurring Revenue

High-Touch: 10%
Low-Touch: 0%

- 10% bonus for exceeding USD 500k in annual sales
