Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering tailored sales consultations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building strong client relationships. Additionally, the role involves effective communication to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall growth of the organisation. Collaboration with the broader team to strategise and achieve sales targets is also expected.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting methodologies
- Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills for both internal and external collaboration
- Capability to engage clients effectively and identify business opportunities
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a business consulting or sales environment is preferred
