Sales Business Development Executive
Location: Remote (Ontario-based)

Compensation: $500/monthly base pay + 100% Uncapped Commission

We are looking for a hungry, self-starting Sales Executive to help us expand our footprint across Ontario.
This isn’t a "sit behind a desk and wait for leads" kind of gig. As a Freelance Sales Executive, you will be the face of Barebone Media. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from hunting down new leads to closing the deal. You’ll have the freedom to work whenever and wherever you want, provided you’re bringing in results.
- Lead Generation: Prospect and identify new B2B opportunities within the Ontario market.
- Outreach: Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls.
- Pitching: Conduct professional presentations that highlight Barebone Media’s value proposition.
- Closing: Negotiate terms and secure contracts with new clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up diligently.
- Location: Must be based in Ontario.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales (Media, Advertising, or Creative Services preferred).
- Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with a high tolerance for "no" and a drive for "yes."
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
- Tools: Must have your own laptop, reliable internet, and phone.
- Independence: Since this is a freelance role, you are responsible for managing your own schedule and tax filings.
