Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Assistant with Afrika Sisi Nyumbani Limited. The Sales Assistant will support sales and customer engagement efforts, including responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and providing outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales processes, organizing client data, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. The role involves regular communication with clients, delivering information about products and services, and contributing to strategies for business growth.

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Effective Communication and Sales skills to engage with customers, convey value, and drive conversions
- Attention to detail and excellent Organization Skills for managing client interactions, data, and scheduling
- An understanding of sales strategies and processes would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with CRM tools or similar software is a plus
- Passion for community development and sustainable solutions is highly desirable
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred
