Sales & Growth Intern
Summary of the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Artist Acquisition & Growth Intern to support Noizbloc’s mission of expanding its global network of independent artists and labels. This role focuses on driving user acquisition, building relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the platform.
Success in this position means consistently onboarding new artists, improving outreach conversion rates, and actively contributing ideas that enhance Noizbloc’s growth engine. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and artist relations, making it a key driver in scaling the platform’s reach and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and reach out to independent artists, labels, and music creators across digital platforms
- Communicate Noizbloc’s value proposition effectively to drive artist onboarding
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of leads and track outreach performance
- Develop and execute outreach strategies via social media, email, and other channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns aimed at artist acquisition
- Analyze engagement and conversion data to optimize growth strategies
- Maintain clear documentation of interactions and onboarding progress
- Stay updated on music industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales approach
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in music, artist ecosystems, or the creator economy
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or digital outreach strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online research tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or community management is a plus
